OakLeaf Surgical Hospital staff understands that you may have questions regarding your health insurance plan and the particular procedures being recommended by your physician and surgeon. Our friendly knowledgeable staff is available to assist in guiding you through the insurance process and help you in whatever way possible to assure that your health insurance coverage is the last thing you have to worry about on the day of your surgery.
