Infusion services are available 7 days a week, and from 7:00am to 8:00pm Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm weekends and holidays.

 

What insurance does OakLeaf Surgical Hospital accept?

While we accept most insurance, we recommend that individuals verify coverage with their particular insurance carrier prior to beginning infusion therapy.

 

Will I need a prescription from my doctor and can doctors from other than OakLeaf Surgical Hospital provide that prescription?

You will need a prescroption from a physician on staff at OakLeaf Surgical Hospital. You should verify with your phyician that he or she has prescribing privileges at OakLeaf Surgical Hospital.

 

Are the nurses and infusion staff specially trained and will my doctor be informed of my progress?

At OakLeaf Surgical Hospital your care is provided by specially trianed infusion nurses working with pharmacists and your doctor to provide safe and customized care.
