Chief Nursing Officer

Recently ranked by Consumer Reports as the #1 hospital for patient satisfaction in the nation, OakLeaf Surgical Hospital,an affiliate of National Surgical Hospitals, is seeking a dynamic individual to lead the nursing division in their hospital in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Nursing Officer will be responsible for strategic oversight and operational performance for patient care services.  Providing leadership, guidance and direction, the CNO will be responsible to develop, assess, plan, implement and evaluate clinically effective and efficient systems of care and service while ensuring that the organizational mission, philosophy, goals and objectives are met.  The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and energetic leader, with a thorough working knowledge of financial management, budget responsibilities and timeline management.

The successful candidate will have a proven managerial track record of 3 – 5 years in either a hospital surgical environment or a surgery center. Masters Degree in related field highly desirable.
