  • Must possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy and graduated from an accredited School of Pharmacy
  • Possess a current Pharmacist licensure in the State of Wisconsin

Pre-Op Charge RN

OakLeaf Surgical Hospital has an employment opportunity for a Pre-Op Charge Nurse to work five days a week. The Charge Nurse is responsible for the execution of the daily operations of the Pre-Op rooms. Under the direct supervision by the Manager of Surgical Services the Pre Op charge nurse will direct and/or provide professional peri-operative nursing care for an assigned group of patients across the age continuum. Provide guidance to other members of the Pre-Op area, making decisions affecting the operation of the Pre-Op department. In collaboration with the Manager of Surgical Services is responsible for staffing and the scheduling of staff and the development of policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Current licensure in the State of Wisconsin
  • Prior leadership experience preferred
  • Able to work with a diverse population of individuals and as
    part of a team
  • Demonstrated exceptional communication skills, verbally and written
  • Ability to relate daily processes to the overall operations
    of the hospital
