Tobacco Free for better health

OakLeaf Hospital and Clinics go Tobacco Free

OakLeaf Surgical Hospital and OakLeaf Medical Network Clinics, along with other local health care providers, will become Tobacco Free effective November 16, 2006.

OakLeaf recognizes that the use of tobacco has adverse effects on everyone’s health.

Eliminating the use of tobacco helps protect our health and well-being and reduces the risk of disease. We seek your cooperation in refraining from the use of tobacco products anywhere on hospital or clinic properties including parking lots and personal vehicles parked on hospital or clinic property. All patients, visitors, physicians and employees are requested to respect this policy.

Resources for quitting smoking are available. Schedule an appointment with Jennifer Insteness, Nurse Practitioner, Eau Claire Medical Clinic, for assistance with smoking cessation. 715.839.9280
